Process: discovery, build, launch
Discovery
A short call and a brief: what the site must do, for whom, and how we measure success. I lock the structure and the quote - they don't grow after that.
Build
Design, front-end and motion run in parallel in one pair of hands - nothing gets lost in a hand-off. You watch progress live via a link, not once a month.
Launch
Polish until it shines: speed, responsive layout, SEO basics, analytics. I launch on your domain and don't disappear - I keep an eye on it and support it.
