1. General

This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to novanow.ru (the “Site”) is processed and protected. It is prepared in accordance with the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

By submitting data through the Site’s forms, you confirm your agreement with this Policy.

2. What data is processed

When you fill in the contact form, the controller processes the data you provide voluntarily:

• your name (how to address you);
• a contact for the reply — an email address or a Telegram username;
• the text of your message (description of your project or request).

Technical data may also be collected automatically when you visit the Site: IP address, browser and device type, referral source and cookies — if web analytics services are connected.

3. Purposes of processing

• handling your requests and replying to them;
• preparing and discussing the terms of services;
• improving the Site and analysing traffic (in anonymised form).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on actions preceding the conclusion of a contract initiated by you (Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

5. Sharing with third parties

The controller does not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for services that operate the Site and deliver your messages (web-form processing service, email service, hosting provider). Such services process the data solely for the purposes stated above.

6. Retention

Personal data is stored no longer than required for the purposes of processing, or until you withdraw your consent. Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and web-analytics services (e.g. Yandex.Metrica) to improve performance and analyse traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some features may then work incorrectly.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: obtain information about the processing of your data; request its correction, blocking or deletion; withdraw your consent. To do so, send a request to fert0095@gmail.com — it will be handled within the time limits set by law.

9. Data protection

The controller takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data transmitted through the Site is secured with HTTPS.

10. Changes to this Policy

The controller may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
