Consent to personal data processing

By filling in and submitting the contact form on novanow.ru, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the controller — Grigory Yurievich Davydov (self-employed, professional income tax payer, operating under the “NOVA” brand, Russian Federation; contacts: fert0095@gmail.com, Telegram @sahakse12) on the terms below.

1. Categories of personal data

• name (how to address me);
• a contact for the reply — an email address or a Telegram username;
• the content of the message submitted via the form.

2. Purposes of processing

• handling my request and replying to it;
• preparing and discussing the terms of services.

3. Actions performed with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without automation tools.

4. Sharing with third parties

The data may be processed by services that operate the site and deliver messages (web-form processing service, email service, hosting provider) — solely for the purposes stated above. The data is not shared with or sold to any other third parties.

5. Validity and withdrawal of consent

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending a request to fert0095@gmail.com; after withdrawal the data will be deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
